ACIDITY

If you eat late at night you feel very bad in your chest . It is gastroesophageal reflex disease.Many people take antacids from pharmacies.But when it is not controlled than doctors also recommend surgeries.

TIPS:

If you want to save yourself from acidity.These are seven tips,

1.SHORT MEALS

Take five or six short meals but not three big meals. And last meal should be three hours before sleeping at night.

2.SOME FOODS

Chocolates,Tea.Coffee,very spicy and oily food should be avoided.

3.ALCOHOL

Alcoholic drinks are also avoided.

4.WEIGHT

Weight should be controlled.When you are over weight your stomach feels pressure.It causes acidity.

5.CLOTHES

Very tight and short clothes are also responsible you must avoid it because tight jeans,belt etc,are not more than your health.

6.SLEEP

When you sleep at night your position of  head should be six to eight inches up from your rest of the body with the help of cushions.

7.SMOKING

Like alcohol smoking is also dangerous because nicotin in cigarette causes acidity.
