HOW TO AVOID BECOME TIRED

IF YOU ARE TIRED

The burden of work effect the health  of ladies and they feel weariness. But they don't have time to rest. Now  there are some tips to become fresh and energetic.

SHOWER

Put the drops of lemon, lime or orange essential oil on wash cloth and put it in the shower tray . When you will take shower soothing and lovely smell will go in your nose and then your brain and your energy button will be ON . You may add drops of essential oil in tour bathing tub also.

COLOURS

Colours have main role in your life . They are also helpful to increase your energy level . You will feel good and active.

GOOD MOOD

If you are doing your favourite and entertaining work like listening music if you are interested or on your computer and search things that can effect your mood . If your mood will be good you will feel energetic .

SHOULDER MASSAGE

You will surprised if I say that there are some points under your shoulders that have direct connection to your brain . Therefore soft and light massage for few minutes on shoulders will create an immediate wave of energy to brain.

WALK

In summer don,t wear slippers and walk on grass .   Before walking press your foot  thumb on grass for few minutes and take deep breathing and than walk with naked feet . This exercise will increase your energy and make strong your feet also.

HONEY

One tbsp of honey and you will feel active in 5 minutes because honey is a very energetic food .
