INGREDIENTS
Fish half kilo
2 onions
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Parseley half cup chopped
Oil half cup
Methi dana half tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Garam masala chopped half tsp
Green chillies 4
Curd half cup
RECIPE
Take oil in a pan when hot , fry onion in it. When onion becomes light brown add methi dana . Now fry with ginger garlic paste , salt , red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Wash the fish and when it is dry then put it in the frying paste . Then put curd also and wait for 8 to 10 min . When oil comes up, put chopped garam masala , green chillies and parsley over it. Serve hot with nan and salad.
