SUMMER DIET

In this season the shortage of water in body, skin problems etc are very common . So if you want to be safe from these hot season problems these are tips .

1. WATER

Please drink water at least 15 glasses of water . Any other liquid like juices pure lemon sikanjabeen is very good . Barley juice and coconut juice are very energetic and help you to get rid of the effect of hot season .

2. FIRST AID 

If you are effected by the hot weather than first aid is that you should wear ice cold dress . Dip your clothes in ice cold water and wear it immediately but go to the doctor also .

3.JUICES

Fruit juices and fruits are very good . Lemon , oranges if available and water melon type juicy fruits are very good in summer .

4. VEGETABLES

Very spicy food and salt in your daily meal should be avoided or take the quantity less . Use of vegetables like tomatoes , cucumber etc are very good .

5. TIME PERIOD

At 10.00 am in the morning and 3.00 pm in the afternoon try to be at home and don,t go outside because this time period is very hottest .Be careful about children also . If it is very necessary than use some good quality sunscreen on face and body it will save your complexion . 

6. UMBRELLA

Use of umbrella  is also very good .

7. LAWN

Wear clothes of light colours and beautiful prints of lawn which is very IN in the fashion nowadays .
