Boiled rice 1 cup
Cabbage crushed 1 cup
Green chillies crushed 4
Parseley crushed             
Salt 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1tbsp
Oil

Mash the boiled rice and mix all the ingredients in it . Now make cutlets of any shape you like with this mixture and fry them golden brown . Serve hot with ketchup and chilly sauce.

RECIPE OF FISH MASALA


INGREDIENTS

Fish half kilo

2 onions
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Parseley half cup chopped
Oil half cup
Methi dana half tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Garam masala chopped half tsp 
Green chillies 4
Curd half cup

RECIPE

Take oil in a pan when hot , fry onion in it. When onion becomes light brown add methi dana . Now fry with ginger garlic paste , salt , red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Wash the fish and when it is dry then put it in the frying paste . Then put curd also and wait for 8 to 10 min . When oil comes up, put chopped garam masala , green chillies and parsley over it. Serve hot with nan and salad.

Garlic paste 1 tsp
WHITE PEPPER AND SALT 1TSP
SOYA SAUCE 1TBSP

CHILLY SAUCE 3TBSP
DAR CHINI PISI HUI 2TSP

CURD 3TBSP
PITA BREAD 1.

INGREDIENTS OF TAHINI SAUCE

TAHINI 2 TBSP
CURD HALF CUP 
GARLIC PASTE HALF TSP
SALT HALF TSP
WHITE PEPPER HALF TSP
Blend all the ingredients in the blender.Tahini sauce is ready .

RECIPE

Cut the boneless chicken in stripes.Marinate chicken stripes in white pepper,salt,soya sauce ,white vinegar,dar chini, chilly sauce and curd for an hour . Take frying pan and two tbsp oil when hot put the chicken in it. Fry till ten minutes . Put the fried chicken on pita bread with tahini sauce and salad leaves and fold it.Serve hot with chilly garlic sauce.
